This residence consists with total 15 rooms (all air-conditioned Twin, Triple and Quad Rooms) which can accommodate up to 38 pax. This residence is perfect and cozy place for big gathering such as friends and family gathering or reunions, holidays or weekend retreats, birthday and family day.

• Airport pick-up and drop-off services are available at an additional cost

• Car rental services available: Proton Saga, Preve, Vios, Camry, Honda Accord, Vellfire, Hiace Van, Bus 25 seater, 44 seater coach
• Sunway Lagoon tickets are available for our guests at discounted rates.
• Items available for rent: extra bed (air bed) – RM 30/bed/night. It is mandatory to rent our extra bed for groups of 38 guests or more
• There will be no extra charges for children below 6 years old sharing a bed with their parents
• All areas within the villa are accessible unless marked otherwise on the door
• A live-in caretaker will be present within the vicinity
